Look for Apples near certain trees throughout the map when you need to replenish your health in Fortnite. Consuming an Apple will restore five health points, up to 100. The latest update also introduces Apples, a new type of consumable item for Fortnite Battle Royale.
Players can pick up these new variants of the Burst Assault Rifle as floor loot or within treasure chests, supply drops, and vending machines. Their appearance slightly differs from burst rifles of lower rarity. Like their previous versions, these new variants of the Burst Assault Rifle fire in three-round bursts using Medium ammo.
Update v4.2 introduces Epic and Legendary variants of the Burst Assault Rifle to Fortnite Battle Royale.
